This Privacy Policy ("Policy") sets out how Sichuan Yingmu Technology Co., Ltd., and its affiliated companies (hereinafter referred to as "we", "INMO Technology" or "INMO") collect, use, disclose, process, and protect the information you provide to us when using our products and services through our website and our suite of applications on mobile devices. We will use the information you provide to us in accordance with this Policy and our User Terms and Conditions to verify your identity when using our products and services. You should fully understand our personal information collection and usage practices and be confident that you ultimately control the personal information you provide to us. In this privacy policy, "personal information" refers to data that can identify a specific individual, either by the information itself or when combined with other information we can access. Such personal information includes your name, address, phone number, and email address. "Personal sensitive information" includes ID card numbers, personal biometric information, bank or other financial account numbers, property information, whereabouts, transaction information, and personal information of children under 14 years old (inclusive).
If you do not agree to this policy, please do not use INMO products and services. When you click "Agree" and use our products and services, you acknowledge that you have read, accept, and agree to all terms described in this privacy policy, including any changes we may make at any time. We commit to protecting the privacy, confidentiality, and security of your personal information in accordance with applicable laws. Unless otherwise agreed, the terms used in this Policy shall have the same meaning as those in the User Agreement.
(I) Categories of information collected
In order to provide you with our services, we require you to provide the personal information necessary for us to provide our services. If you do not provide personal information, we may be unable to provide you with our products or services. We collect the following categories of information (whether or not they are personal information), and we will not collect or use your personal sensitive information without your explicit consent, which will be bolded and underlined in this policy.
Other information: Environmental Characteristic Values (ECV) (i.e., from your INMO account, phone device account, connected Wi-Fi account, WIFI SSID and BSSID and geographic location information) We may also collect various types of anonymous information not associated with individuals. When using specific services, we may collect device model and system version number information for INMO products. The purpose of collecting such information is to improve the services we provide to you. The categories and quantities of information collected depend on how you use, join, or participate in our products or services.
When you use our products and services, we need to collect and use your personal information in the following two situations: To provide you with the basic functions of our products and services, you must authorize us to collect and use the necessary information. If you refuse to provide the corresponding information, you will not be able to use our products and services normally;
To provide you with additional features of our products and services, you can choose to authorize us to collect and use the information. If you refuse to provide it, you will not be able to use the related additional features or achieve the intended functional effects, but it will not affect your normal use of the basic functions of our products and services.
(II) We may use your personal information for the following purposes:
Basic account creation: When you create an account on our platform, to become our member and receive membership services, you need to provide (1) your mobile phone number; create (2) a username, and set a password within INMO GO.
Basic profile maintenance: When using INMO products and services, to maintain your basic profile and improve your service experience, you need to choose to fill in and complete the necessary information for the service, which may include your email address, gender, location, avatar, nickname, birthday, personal introduction, etc. If you do not provide this information, it will not affect your use of INMO products and services' core functions.
Identity verification: If you lose your account, we may need to verify your identity. After identity verification, you can reset your password, such as resetting your password after mobile identity verification or through customer service. In this process, you need to provide some information to verify your identity. When retrieving your password, we may need you to provide information about your frequent login locations, devices, content listened to, registration time, and city, and when necessary, use facial recognition to verify your identity.
When you bind with INMO devices such as glasses, when obtaining third-party capabilities (such as offline translation, AI assistant), we will use your phone's Android ID, IMEI number, IMSI number, MAC address, to ensure the uniqueness of the device and pay third parties for services.
When using INMO devices bound to your account for voice interaction, we will provide voice recognition, semantic judgment, and text-to-audio features by recording your voice data and device identifiers and provide the following services based on your voice commands:
Voice recognition and dialogue: To provide you with voice recognition and dialogue features, we need to collect your input voice information and device identifiers. If you do not provide this information, you will not be able to perform voice recognition and text input through the smart speaker. Additionally, we may collect information about your zodiac sign, favorite celebrities, and favorite fruits to discuss topics you are interested in. If you do not provide this information, we will not provide topics of interest based on this information.
Playing music or content: To provide you with the function of playing music or content, we need to collect information about the music you are currently playing, radio station name, singer, and album to answer questions about the current music. At the same time, we will recommend music you like based on your history of music requests. We will record your content preferences based on your commands.
Smart home control: To provide you with smart home control functions, we need to collect information about the name, room, and status of smart devices under your INMO account to control the devices you want to operate. We also need to obtain the MAC address of nearby smart devices under your INMO account to intelligently match and execute operations with the device.
Weather forecast: You can converse with INMO devices to inquire about the weather. To implement this function, we need to collect your IP address or the exact location information you provide to identify your location and display appropriate weather information.
Model training: To improve INMO devices' understanding of voice commands and intelligence and provide better services to you, we will use your voice information for model training to improve the voice recognition, semantic understanding, response speed, and quality of INMO devices. Model training is a supervised machine learning process that requires human assistance to establish correct and efficient models. Only in a very few cases where we find (for example, based on logs or your feedback) that INMO devices have not responded correctly to your needs or when you participate in specific programs to help us further improve voice processing capabilities (such as the Voice Interaction Improvement Program mentioned below) will the corresponding voice information be used for model training. We have strict technical and management measures to enhance the security of data usage during model training, for example, voice information is strictly separated from your identity, all information is highly confidential, and we have a zero-tolerance attitude towards any abuse of the model training process. Using voice information from different users for model training helps improve the service quality of INMO devices for these users. If you do not want us to improve the service provided to you in this way, you can inform us at any time. Your decision will not affect the processing of your voice information that has been carried out.
Voiceprint information for voice recognition: In our specific INMO models, if you actively provide us with voiceprint information, we will use it for recognition and judgment, thereby providing better voice conversation for you. You can delete your saved voiceprint information in the settings to manage your personal information.
If you participate in our operational and interactive activities, such as lucky draws, participating in quizzes, answering questions, and taking surveys, you may need to actively submit relevant information. For example, to withdraw cash from red envelopes received for specific activities, redeem prizes, and pay taxes to tax authorities, you may need to submit identification information. If prizes or activity gifts need to be delivered, you will also need to provide address information.
To complete the payment of subscription service fees, we will record your payment method and fund account number to facilitate refunds through the original payment path, withdraw cash from activity red envelopes, cancel continuous monthly subscriptions, and provide after-sales services. According to your chosen payment method, we will share your order payment-related information, order security-related device information, and other necessary information required by anti-money laundering laws with Alipay or other third-party payment companies through the Alipay and other third-party payment software development kits (SDKs) embedded in the application. At the same time, we will record and display your account's order information.
To provide you with customer service, we will record the contact information you provide, device or SIM card information, and communication/call records and content for contacting you and helping you resolve issues or record solutions and outcomes of related problems.
(III) Description of self-start or associated startup:
In order to provide the best user experience and functional performance, the following functions of this product will cause this product to start automatically or start in association:

Despite the above provisions, if any unauthorized use of your account by any other Internet user or any other security vulnerabilities occur, you must notify us immediately.

Our applications may access certain features on your device, such as enabling email to use contacts, SMS storage, and Wi-Fi network status, as well as other features. This information is used to allow these applications to run on your device and to allow you to interact with them.

You have the right to request access to and/or correction of any personal information we hold about you. When you update your personal information, we will ask you to verify your identity before processing your request. Once we have obtained sufficient information to process your request for access or correction of your personal information, we will respond to your request within the time prescribed by applicable law.
We usually provide these services free of charge, but we reserve the right to charge a reasonable fee for your data access request.

(II) Revoking consent

We will process your request within a reasonable time after you make the request, and, according to your request, will no longer collect, use, and/or disclose your personal information.
Please note that revoking your consent may have certain legal consequences. Depending on the scope of your withdrawal of consent for us to process your personal information, you may not be able to enjoy our products and services.
(III) Account cancellation
You can cancel your previously registered account at any time. You can apply to cancel your INMO account at INMO GO or through our customer service email. If you cancel your INMO account, you will not be able to continue using all INMO products and services, so please proceed with caution. We will consider whether to support your cancellation request based on your use of INMO products and services to protect your or others' legitimate rights and interests and actively inform you of the corresponding situation.
